~Lyn and Ivan actually met in college in a class studying the world views on World War II
~Both of them share a strong love for sunflowers
~Lyn has a strong, undying love for strawberries and Ivan teases her a little about this
~Ivan's father in the AU is General Winter. Ivan absolutely hates him and whenever he comes around things become awkward and tense
~Lyn is absolutely obsessed with Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar and has married Ivan in that game multiple times; Ivan tends to tease her about this as well
~Knowing that Lyn is absolutely obsessed with Harvest Moon, Ivan proposed to her using a blue feather
~Shortly out of college, Lyn became pregnant with their first child, Aleksandr.
~After finding out she was pregnant, she and Ivan moved to Russia where they stayed for sometime
~Since Alek is half Russian he was very big baby which caused a lot of back aches for Lyn
~Ivan had a small stuffed animal yak and when Alek was born he gave it to him as a gift; since then it's been Alek's most prized possession
~Alek is a bit of a crybaby
~Alek grew up only really having one friend, his cousin Sven (child of Ludwig and Isa)
~Lyn absolutely adores her nephews and niece and whenever she goes to visit them she brings a ton of candy and gifts which can make Ludwig slightly annoyed at the end of each of her visits. Because of that, he demands his children brush their teeth thoroughly and put their toys away
~6 years after Alek was born, Lyn gave birth to their second child and first daughter, Anastasia
~Tasia acts a bit like Belarus; she is really clingy to her brother but she doesn't want to marry him, she just had a strong love for her big brother
~Both Alek and Tasia are bilingual in both Russian and English
